2. Create a graph of your stream (the one created in the classroom) by measuring from the straight edge line from wetted edge to wetted edge.
  1. In other words, at every 25 cm mark, measure from the straight edge to the first edge of the water and then from the straight edge to the other edge of the water.
  2. These coordinates will be used to graph the stream on paper.
  3. Use cm only and be sure your graph has two lines which should look like a mini version of the stream.
  4. Don't forget to mark where rubble, large rocks and debris are located in the stream.
